What a busy weekend, needed to clear an area in the roof cavity for the ordered Skylights, an old ducted air conditioner was in the path of the soon to be Skylights. Into the roof cavity I climbed, pulled some of the ducting out of the roof and move the air conditioner unit to to one side to make enough space for the Skylight.
Marion was busy in the garden cleaning up after the dogs and using the newly aquired mulcher to reduce the mound of prunings. Marion had been out the back for a moment, and stepped into a hole that one of the dogs had dug and rolled her ankle. Its Sunday night, at the time of writing and Marion ankle is strapped and is being rested.
Sunday morning was spent catching up with friends, Julie and Mel, having breakfast at the local cafe. Always an enjoyable way to spend and Sunday morning having breakfast with good friends.
Have been thinking about the installation of the solar panels, the finance that was offered discussed in 1st Post worked out to be dearer than expected, so during the week I will investigate cheaper options and maybe organise a second quote.
